Grade 7 - Study your Latin vocabulary and endings. Write three topic sentences supporting your thesis on My Early Life and be prepared to present them tomorrow. Read Chapter XI, “The Mamund Valley” in My Early Life (beginning on page 136) aloud 20 minutes to an adult and have them sign your reading log.
Grade 8 - Study your Latin vocabulary. Read Chaps. 19 and 20 in Pride and Prejudice aloud to an adult and have them sign your reading log. Read the class handout on the Montgomery Bus Boycott. Using the study method we learned from the McGee lecture today, begin a Learning Journal on this preparatory reading for class tomorrow.
