Hello Mrs. Corpron and Xavier 6th, 7th, and 8th graders!
I apologize for using your blog for this, but I don't think the word got spread about Talent Show Practice! Unfortunately it has not appeared on the Xavier Web Site yet either! So this is the next best thing to get the word out.
I missed many of you at Talent Show practice Friday. If you have not heard, WE WILL practice EVERY FRIDAY from here on out. There are a lot of students performing, so if you have committed to the talent show and you came to call backs...then you should be at practice EVERY FRIDAY!
Please, PLEASE, Please, make arrangements to be at every practice. We don't have a lot of time to put the show together and iron out all of the bugs...so PLEASE come! We need you at 2:30 in the dance room, and please bring everything you need! Those of you who still need to get music to me, I need it ASAP so we can put it on the Master CD!
IMPORTANT!!! I also ask you kindly, DO NOT bring your friends. If you are not in the show, you are welcome to come and watch the actual performance on May 22nd, but PLEASE don't come to practice just to watch!!! It causes too many distractions, and unfortunately, you will be sent home! There is a lot of work to do, and little time for play. So if you are performing...please show up and help us get this show on the road! See you EVERY FRIDAY!!!
