Seventh Grade Hooverville - follow-up to last week's note

As part of their study of the Great Depression, Grade Seven will set up for one night their own “Hooverville” inside Xavier Charter School. Students will dress the part as they cook beans and cabbage over a campfire, wash clothes by hand, and play Depression era games. Hooverville residents will camp out Friday, April 18th from 7 pm Friday to 8 am Saturday. Students who cannot sleep over may have a late night instead, and parents or guardians may pick them up at 10 pm (or before) Friday evening.
